I think this way Is hard but provides the fastest transfer rate.
Download Winhiip 1.7.3.
Take out the harddrive from the ps2 and change the jumper setting(It will show u how to do it on the hardrive) SEt it to slave.
Open your pc and connect it via Ide the same way your computer's hard drive will be connected.
Start your computer open Winhiip everything will be simple after that.

Please don't be intimidated It is not that hard. There is a way to connect it Via network put it has slip my mind. This way provides the fastest transfer rate so I usually use this.
