Hi,
I'm noob to this whole PS2 boot CD thing. I found Swap Magic 3 on the internet, and I have the older PS2, unmodded. I know how to use the knife trick, but when I do everything to try and use swap magic, it doesn't work. I have 2 questions:
1. Do I need to burn PS2 ISOs to any special types of CDs?
2. Do you need a modchip to use Swap Magic?

Please do not flame me, I looked all around this site and tried everything, but nothing worked. Thanks

buy swap magic or try some mc exploites, buy a slide card or makeyour own or get a flip top. get a modchip will work alone if u have the firm ware like Toxis version whatever i dont know modchips.

Ok NM, Im not gonna try Swap Magic. New question: I just bought Codebreaker. Is there a way to boot using that?

not sure tryloading game without cheats it might say are you sure load game with out cheat. the disk should stop spinng. Then swap it with the burned game hit yes to play without cheats and it will play te burnt game.
