I have a ps2 and a seagate 120gig HDD st3120026A-RK. Using HdAdvance. I am able to format the HDD, load the disc's, and even copy the game on to the HDD(original game), BUT when I select the game it goes into a black screen and nothing happens. Can someone help????

need to find out if the game uses a mode or not in order to play.
mode 1
mode 2
mode 3
mode 1,2 ect...

Where do you change modes at?
I am trying to do ncaa 2006 football. I didn't want to try another due to using my laser up too much. Ideally I would like to just ISO them on my pc and then transfer to hdd then put back into ps2 to save the laser. I hear it is not good for the laser. I am useing an original disc so not sure what the problem is. Any recommendation would be accepted. Is ISO on pc to ps2 hdd the best way to do this?

I have the same problem with GT4, the only thing I see is the beginning and then soon after all I see is a black screen, I need Help,

Use mode 3 for NCAA 06. Highlight the game and hit the select button to access the modes. Pick Mode 3 and then hit the select button to exit. That should take care of the problem for you. Sorry for the late reply but have been out of town.
