Has anyone seen any inkjet printable Verbs or Fuji TY's in any stores. Getting them online now (TY's from Rima), but there's nothing like a good brick & mortar sale...

Anyone know if the Verbatim 100 pk at OD have the shiny silver surface or if they are branded? Also, are they the same ones that Best Buy has on sale often in the 25 pk for $9.99? I figure they are since they are 16x and from the pic it looks like they say AZO on the packaging also.

teflonmyk- I don't know if they have them at your nearest SAMSCLUB but I've seen them there before (Verbatims ) & Fuji's -The Fuji's are the white inkjet type made by prodisc (FO1's I think ) I can check that and let you know . And the verbatims are the silvery kind . They have one of the Verbatims printed up with a Epson R200 on display! at my nearest SAmsclub & it looks pretty good! I live in the Central Louisiana area so Your SAMSCLUB may be different ! But I thought I'd pass it along For what it's worth! Also I just checked My Pack of white inkjet fuji's from samsclub - 8X (Prodisc FO1's) DVD-R - Don't have a Epson R200/300 yet but the fuji's were the last pack they had & they marked 'em down to $10.00 for a tub of 50 so I figured for .20 cents I would try them out have'nt used them yet but will get to them eventually!teflonmyk I hope this helps you out ! Check out SAMSCUB if they have one near you and don't forget to check the clearance/ onesy two'sy rack I've found some great bargains there! Good luck Peace & Happy Hunting!

Thanks for the reply. I've had no luck finding them in stores yet, but I will check out Sam's. Hopefully, they'll have the Fuji in +R format "Made in Japan" (looking for TY's). If not, I have about 200 from Rima anyway...

teflonmyk- no problem good luck with the (Taiyo Yuden Hunt) the sales still on @ BestBuy for the Fuji's I believe ya' just have to rifle through the to ferret out the Japanese/Taiyo yuden ones from the taiwan made ones but you can usually find a few in either the + or - formats!and I think that office depot still ahs the verbatims on sale but I think that they are just the regular retail branded ones! and not the inkjet printable ones! I think SAMSClub also has the verbatim CDR's in inkjet printables too if you do CDR's too just a thaought ! Hope you can find the disc you want at a price that makes you smile ! teflonmyk -Peace & happy Hunting ! Burn KADO burn!

teflonmyk/BIGTOXY69 - If have a BJs (membership store like Sam's) nearby you can go to their web site and get a one day membership. The get the 7.00 coupon (they have them instore) for Fuji's + and -Rs Made-in-Japan. The final cost after coupon was 32.00 bucks for two 50 packs/.32cents each. The+R are codes YUDENs and -Rs are code TY. I am now the proud owner of 600 Fuji YUDENs. These are Fuji branded on the top so not printable. But a heck of a buy. I got great info from BIGTOXY69 in theis thread also. Just an alternative solution

Forget to tell...today is the last day for the coupons and the one day membership is free>..I checked the site again there is a 15% surcharge for using the one day free pass...so this will eat a little of your saving but with the surcharge it is still 36.80 or so for 100. Cheaper than BB right now.
