XBox Backup Not Working

When I purchase a backup for my XBox game it works on my machine and my sons machine, but if I copy this game with Nero or Games x Copy, it will work on my machine but not my sons. Only conclusion I can make is the vidoemode!!!

Region. Make sure it is set to Auto on both boxes. You can configure this in the main options section.
