Swap Magic Disc 3.6 Boot Problems

First off I'd like to say that I read the stickied thread on common SMD problems and none of them helped me.

I recieved my SMD 3.6 and Slide Card package yesterday and tried booting my back-ups. When I press load program, it just takes me back to my main ps2 menu screen, and then shows me the red screen. They aren't bad burns either, as I've played them on a modchipped ps2, and they worked fine. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions they can help me with? Thanks in advance.

(Edit: I tried booting my SNES Station CD and it worked, it seems to not work for DVD's only.)

Don't know if this helps but...if you have a PAL PS2 then you need to get PAL Swap Magics and vice versa for NTSC. Sounds as though you are using the wrong Swap Magic discs for your system.
