How is TDK Media..
I've seen Mixed reviews on this media I'd like to know what everyone else thinks... I know some are TY Coded .. Any info on these particular TDK's Would be greatly appreciated

Those dash tdk's should be very good.That's a hell of a buy! I wish I had a local circuit city nearby.

It's the plus format Tdk's that you want to stay away from.Cmags lurk among their plus format!Beware!!!!!!

The 4x TDK DVD-Rs are great. At least for me. All my DVD drives recognize them until I ran out of the them. After that I hopped on Verbatim DataLife Plus (something like that) and Verbatim DigiMovie and now TY, which give me lots of trouble. Not all my drives read these new media. Don't take my word for it. Brand of hardware/DVD player vary person by person. I haven't messed with the +R.

I agree, stay away from the TDK +R's. I bought some when I was starting out (My only CMC MAG purchase). Still got about 1/2 a spindle.

saugmon- What do the dash R's code out as??? Are they TYG02's if Made in Japan? If so I'll have to go hit my CC on the way to work...

Just like a week and a half ago at staples on the fuji +8x yudens,spindles of 30 for $9.94,all were gone by tuesday! They had plenty of dash left.

Guys, if you are Costco member, dont miss this sell, starting 08/15 to 08/21, they r selling 200 TDK -/+ 8X (buy 1 get 1 free)for $45 tax included.

ttg02 media is great, i picked up 200 printable tdk -r at costco a few weeks ago for $50 for all 200, now that was a steal.
