DVD Drive randomly stopped spinning after installing Slim Tools Pro Kit

I recentley purchaced the Slim Tools Pro kit, and installed them. The SwapMagic with them worked fine for a couple hours. Then I turned off my PS2. The next time I turned the PS2 on, not only would the SwapMagic disc not spin, even legit PS2 games I own won't spin. I hear the laser thing moving around, but the discs are in the same orientation without a bit of momentum when I open up the cover. I need help!

this is the problem the slim tools pro kit the C tool dosnt really hit the button its supposed to hit theres way to push the button down buy putting tape on it but your best bet is to go to http://clearxbox.com and buy a slim ps2 flip top.
