I just bought a pack of Verbatim advanced azo+ dvd+r, 16x, made in india. I've had some problems with sony discs and wanted to know if anyone knows if these verbatims are any good before I break the seal.

those should be MCC004 coding, my FAVORITE of the 16x speed variety out of ANY discs currently in the market. i have yet to use any from India, all of mine were made in taiwan, so i can not comment in that regards..but, you SHOULD hypothetically be ok...guess the ONLY way to know is to test them out right? good luck. my 16x Verbs DVD+R are flawless...made in taiwan.
