OK I am having a problem backing up my copy of "The Forgotten".. when i go to open the disk it just stops about 1/3 or the way and just stops and does nothing.... what is wrong? is there a way to fix this issue? all of my programs are up to date... thanks for any and all help

And since it didnt work i went to back up my "the Punusher" movie disc and when it goes to back up it start then after about 8 second it just disappears!! for no reason..... why is that?

use DVD Decrypter v3.5.4.0 to back up the movie !
first,then use DVD Shrink..............

Welcome to the forum. To rip that movie to HD do what BLADETRK suggested and rip the whole disk to HD using DVDDecrypter then use Shrink to compress ( movie only) and then use Nero or DVDDecrypter to burn the compilation
