King's Ransom sound problem!!!

Hi in new here in this forum.I recently bough King's Ransom after finish making the copy i try playing the movie but i could only hear the background sound but no voices!!!... WTH???
systems specs
athlon 64 3500
2 gigs of corsair ram pc3200
74 gig raptor 10,000 rpm SATA hard drive
lite on dvd rom
sony dvd burner model DRU-800A with latest Firmware Upgrade KY04
using DVD SHRINK v.3.2.0.15
ANYDVD ver.5.4.11
i used Verbatim dvd-r 8x
i burn the dvd on 4x and set the quality setting on takes about 1 hour to back up the movie.

never had this problem backing up any dvd that i owned.
anybody with any suggestion??

What are you playing the disc on? The audio files are not split between background audio and voice audio it's all one file for 5.1 and 1 file for DTS and 1 file for 2 channel and then files for the different languages and seperate files for subtitles and their languages. Can't explain it, but try the burn again. This time check the english audio files to be sure they have a check-mark by them. Also, if you're playing on stand-alone player, be sure to choose one of the audio files in the setup portion on the disc. Holla-back if still having problems. I did back-up of this one with no problems using CloneDVD 2 and AnyDVD in background.
