how can convert video clip format to dvd format or some how can i convert video clip format so that it will play in a dvd player.

Easy, open the file in a program called DivXtoDVD. Works like a charm.

will this convert my video clip files to a file that i could play in a dvd player ? and there a free version of this program out there??

do you know if this same program will convert mpeg to AVI cause i was doing some stuff with roxio and i found out that it will take those video clips files like AVI. file and will make it to bup files for dvd and i have succefully converted video clips files (avi.) files to a dvd but now i would like to known if there is a progrma that will convert mpeg to AVI or directly to dvd.

DivXToDVD won't convert mpeg to .AVI.

DivXToDVD will convert mpeg to DVD.

For DivXtoDVD (like most programs) you select a directory and name. If I remember right, it's just a temporary spot until you burn it.

I usually make a folder on my desktop and use that as the destination. With DivXtoDVD this is called the "Working Folder".

Make a new folder and name it. Something you can remember.

Open DivXtoDVD and click on "Settings".




From the menu click on the "General" menu item. Here you can browse for and then select your new folder as the working folder.

Does anyone kno another freeware that will do the same thing because DivXtoDVD is not freeware anymore
