ive lost my swap magic dvd version. is there a way i can play my dvd version games without this cd.

i did once ages ago. it was summit like this

put swap magic cd version in
insert cdloader using swap trick
swap with a original dvd game but i dont know how using swap trick or wat
it then became a dvdloader and i could play my game

Errors is right, either use the dvd or a modchip.

i got it to work.
this is what i did
insert swap magic cd version
then swap it for cd loader
eject disc tray and insert origanal dvd game (ps2)
press x
swap for dvd copy

Or you can get LaunchELF and install it...

And then go a little like this.

Start PS2 with PSX game -> Open fliptop and put in PS2 backup -> Hit the circle button (once configured) -> Bam you're playing a PS2 game!

I've only tried it with CD-R backups, but I dunno why it'd work with PS2 CDs and not DVDs...

This should be a sticky for all Swap Magic/fliptop users...
