I am tryiong to edit a .vob video to a vcd format.

In the .vob file i want to cut some scenes from it.

I also want to add some features at the start to it like we get in films the titles whos it made buy etc etc as well some pictures at the start. Animation of that would be a plus.

Please advise me what software i need and how i go about doing this. Free software would be great. But if thiers a software worth buyiong thats great ill think about it.

Please help me
