I've queued up four avis in WinAvi Converter and converted them into DVD format.

I did this to avoid having to convert them to mpeg first and then convert to DVD, thinking I could skip a step.

The burn worked and I can watch them on my DVD player, but each avi comes up as a separate movie rather than separate chapter on the disc menu.

Anyone know how make each of the vob files in the VIDEO_TS folder a chapter?

I haven't tried it myself yet(just downloaded) but PGCEdit sounds like
what you want:
