.VOB file to a playable DVD.

Okay, i'm hopeing someone can offer some help with this...
Im using IMToo MPEG converter to covert an AVI to a .VOB file. I got the .VOB file, it's just a single file, NO VIDEO_TS.IFO file. Now i want to use DVDFAB Express to burn that onto a DVD (DVD -R of course). I do not want to create a VCD or SVCD. I do know the advantages of having a VCD and SVCD, BUT i want to create a regular DVD. I put the .VOB file in a VIDEO_TS folder, but no success. My question is how can i use DVDFab Express to put the .VOB file on a DVD without it giving me a message that says "The folder is not a DVD folder... FOLDER\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO does not exist" and did try to recreate this folder location, but no success. Any help on this would be grately appreciated.

Instead of using ImToo, use VSO DivX to DVD http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/v...

Quick and easy, leaves a _TS folder and all the included .bup, .ifo, and .VOB necessary for a flawless DVD.
