Why I got two DVD Image? ISO and MDS?

After i Read the iso file to the HD using DVD Decrypter i got to DVDIMAGE file one ISO and other MDS and i just can chose one to copy. Any help?

select the MDS FILE,it acts as a feeder file for the iso image,as the same way a cue does for a bin image

if you choose the MDS file, will it reduce glitches and errors than if you choose the ISO to write with?

u have lost me,
DVD Decrypter when creating the image,splits the image into 2 parts,so when using FAT32,its vital that you select the MDS,(for files over 4gb)

I used to just burn the ISO, but I realised that was a bad idea.
