Hey, i dont know if this is the proper place to be posting, (please move it if im wrong ><) anyway.. i recently took my ps2 to my friends house (i have a normal PS2 with a HDD and Network adapter and no special programs or anything) and my friend asked me to try my HDD in his PS2 to see if it would work (he has a mod chip) so i took it all out carefully, and put it in his, it said "HDD not found" so i took it back out and put it in mine.. and got the same message.. anyway i took my ps2 back home and ran the HDD format disc.. and it started up.. and brought me to the HDD page where it gives all the options like format, and diagnose and stuff.. so i ran the diagnostic.. and that went ok.. but then when i tried to run the formatting it said HDD not found again.. so i took out the HDD and stuff and carefully de-attached it from the network adapter.. blew in the connectors (like you would with an NES :D) and plugged it all back in.. i tried it again and got the same thing.. so thinking it was my network adapter or hdd i tried socom, and going online.. and it said No Network Adapter found.. so i took it all out and put it in my friends ps2 (no mob) and it worked and i formatted my HDD and ran the diagnostic and all that good stuff.. and then put it back in mine.. when i put the format disc in.. it takes me to the start-up formatting and then says start formatting.. so i say.. ok.. and then it starts and then says HDD not Found.. i cant get anywhere from here.. i know u guys are pro.. and this is probably a n00b question.. but plz help ><
