I bought the action replay max and id like to know if i can save games saves to a cd then load them up on the action replay and then transfer them to my memory card,i dont have a usb flash drive

I don't know for sure if you can or not, but I would be real surprised to find out that you can. The only options I'm aware of that you have to transfer saves is either a flash drive, or a usb cable like sharkport. Good luck with your search for the answer.
