I have been using swap magic 3.3 with a fliptop for about a year, always worked perfectly. Recently, I have been having a problem. The swap disc will load normally (the "Playstation" logo flashes on the screen), followed by the first swap magic screen - but it just stays there, it will not bring up secondary "load menu" screen. Once this starts to happen, it will continue to happen all day. Try it the next day and it might work normally (it's happening very randomly). I thought that maybe the DVD SM disc was scratched, but the same thing happens with the CD disc. All my orignal game disc's load fine (including burned DVD movies), so I don't think it's the laser that needs cleaning (I have already tried cleaning it too). I have already sent this PS2 back to Sony twice and they have replaced the laser twice. Is this just an early sign that the laser is gonna die. This happen to anyone else? It's a ver. 4 PS2.
