Eminem - "Lose Yourself" and then "Like Toy Soldiers" and "The Way I Am"
I included three songs for a reason.
I like Eminem because he talks about real things that have happened in his life and how he feels. There's swearing and obscene remarks but they are well used and not just for the sake of getting the explicit lyrics label.
He doesn't glorify the street life. He sings about how much it sucks and how bad it was when he was just starting his rap career. He sings about all the people who have hurt him.
He tells how much he loves his friends and family and keeps all of his stuff real. He's not afraid to say who he is and tell the world when he's pissed off about an issue.
Eminem was a true lyrical visionary. Eminem is one of the very few rappers I like.
