Hey Guys I've Been Tryin forever on burning a mpeg or avi into a dvd...i tried neroexpress but gives me an error & also sonymydvd gives me a error like I/0 error...Dont know what im doing wrong but is there any other programs out that or can you guys please help me out...thanks

Dear imaballa,

You need first to make sure you have all the necessary codecs. Try download and install K-Lite codec Pack (full or mega version):

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm

Then with Nero:

Run Nero Vision Express, then click 'make dvd', 'dvd video', 'add video files'. Then go to and add the mpeg or AVI, and follow the lead from there.

NVE does not work well with some avis. So in case you're having difficulties, try use some other programs (e.g. DivxToDVD) to convert the avis into dvd compliant format first, then use Nero for the final burning.
