yes another problem with hitch.. i have just spent the last 2 hours reading posts on the forum but couldn't find anything i needed.
i have recently backed up hitch using anyDVD and dvd shrink and nero..
after first trying dvdshrink i obviously kept getting freeze ups.

i have now mananged to burn it but have discovered that the audio sync is about 1 sec out so will's mouth moves but nothing comes out, (well for a second) actually its the other way round i get the audio FIRST and then the lip movement.

any help appreciated. thank you

Welcome to the forum. When you view the movie in the small screen in Shrink is the audio in sync or out of sync? Your problem makes me think you have a bad press and need to exchange it

it plays absolutely fine on my pc, so i took it back to the standalone to show my wife my blunder and it was played on there ABSOLUTELY FINE.
i cannot understand why my sony standalone played it faulty 2-3 times but has now started playing it properly.

really now just suggestions on why it does this and not the actual audio problem.

The only think I can think is your Sony's laser on the player might have had a filament of dirt or something on it and somehow it came off and all is fine
