Has anyone had any luck in getting this game to work with usb extreme, does the game need patching? When i select the game to play from the usb extreme loader, i just get a blank screen :( Thanks in advance for any replies.

cbrman the problem is that usb extreme will not work with all games.
It is pot luck to find out which ones do or dont. I have started a list on usb extreme games. usbExtreme works better on slim ps2, i have it going on a silver version.
Blank screen means that it 90% wont work. You will get a flash display saying loading and some other stuff when you press x button after selection a game, chances it will load. Keep an eye on your hdd see if it loading some take a while on longer than a DVD disk.
