i just copied a film from dvd decrypter, which makes it region free however the film only works on one of my tv sets when it is played on the ps2.

if it is region free it should work on all tv's then, but it doesn't.

and the second thing is that the film works on my dvd player witch isn't multi region.

plus what version of ps2 do u need to play dvd rw's ???

youre not making any sense.what you are saying is that the movies you backup work on all the tvs you have with your regular dvd player.but when you try the backup movies on other tvs with your ps2 they dont work all the time, correct?

are the tvs different formats?
and im not sure but i think your player has to be region free and not the dvd itself in order to play different region movies.

PS2s generally don't like DVD-RWs. Try backing up on DVD-Rs.

Ya, I used to use DVD-RW with my ps2 and some would play at times while others would not. Then I started using Sony DVD-R and I haven't had a problem since.

try using a differnt program. DVD Decrypter is great
for doing games, but by far is not the best for doing movies.
try something like DVD Shrink, Nero
Or best of all AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 combo.
AnyDVD is really what you need, then you can copy it
with any burning program. But CloneDVD2 is top of the line.

DVD Shrink is for doing any movie.
DVD5 (if there are any) or DVD9
Not for doing games if that is what your asking
DVD Decrypter is for DVD5 games.

ok thanks. just asked to clear that up. and a suitable speed it around x2, but the dvd r's that i have can be written at x8. it just seems to be wasting the speed of what they r capable of if u dont write them at speed.
