AR Loading trouble

when i select to start the game it asked me for with or without cheat and i hit with cheats then it read insert disc and then hit x and then when i put the disc in it says loading cheats and then just goes black and doesnt do anything it basically crashed and i have to restart

so if you have any info on how i can help this please reply ASAP

P.S. and by the way the only cheat i have enabledis the master so its not that i have to many codes because i have already tried it and it doesnt work
