Anyone ever organized a group buy on dvdr media? i know the more you buy the better the price you can get. if we could get like 40 people to buy 100 dvdrs i bet buying 4000 dvdrs would bring a hefty savings! i wouldn't mid organizing such a thing if there is enough interest in it .. the more people the better... think of the savings!

Seems like most of the B&M stores have the name brands for .35 to .40 per unit every week. For as little as a 25 pack commitment.

If we all lived in the same neighbourhood that MIGHT work.Only you got postage costs,all agreeing on the same media, and not forgetting collecting the money might not be a doddle.Putting just those negs in the frame I would be very doubtful it would work.

I do not SEE the cost savings from buying 500 pieces. The MAGIC price around here is a spindle of 50 pcs for $20.00 or 40 cents a pc. They seem to rotate from Sony to Memorex [ Yeah Yeah, I know they suck !! } to TDK`s to Verbatim to Fuji`s. It is just a matter of whether Best Buy or Circuit City or whomever has them.
