Do u need the japan chip or disc that u can buy, to use a copied game? Or does the disc just act like its a real Ps2 game? Cause I'm trying to get Madden 06 and some other games copied after i rent them. Also for X-BOX(I know this PS2, but don't be that anal), my XBOX don't read even a regular burned CD. So do ya think I shouldnt even try to copy 1 of my games?

Can ya direct me to a thread that gives a TUTORIAL on how to copy a PS2 game using Alcohol 120%/Nero and I got Clone DVD2 and AnyDVD2.THANX

You can do it if you have a mod chip, or you can use the 'magic swap' disc. I think you can download the magic swap disc contents from p2p, torrent sites etc. it will be in iso format, so you could burn that. I might be wrong about this, you would need 2 ask an expert!

If you rent a game and you don't own the original then that's PIRACY and it's against the forum rules!! So I can't help you, sorry.

And since you can't boot a backup without a modchip or an original swapmagic cd/dvd, downloading it would just be plain stupid, and a waste of cd's/dvd's
