Hi,

Hope this is posted in the right area!

I'm having probs with my Emprex S801e burner. I had another topic last night and thought I'd sorted it out but another day, another problem!
My drive no longer recognises any media that I put in. On another site I read that the newer firmware version, BO48 which I updated last night, is rubbish and to solve my problem I would have to revert back to version BO42, but I can't find this anywhere. Any tips on where to look (I've already checked rpc1.org and google) or any other theories on why my media isn't recognised?

BTW I know this drive isn't 100% reliable and the media I'm using is Philips or Emtec which are also a pants, but I've been burning quite happily with this set up for a while now and don't want to waste money buying new media if I don't have to!
