Im trying to make a backup copy of Harold and Kumar go to White Castle. I have tried using DVD Decrypter and DVDFab Decrypter and it seems to stop ripping the DVD at 99% and dosent finish. I have no idea whats wrong, hopefully someone can help me. My software is up to date cause i just downloaded them on my new computer today.

Edit: Its seems to only be with this DVD, because i just got another to copy successfully.

So u use DVD Decrypter and DVDFab. i would say u DVD Decrypter to ripp to HDD and then use DVD Shrink to compress it and then got back to Decrypter or use a program like CloneDVD 2 to burn to disc all u have to DVD Decrypter is change the mode from file to burner :)

i know how to use the software, its just that the ripping process seems to be freezing at 99%, so the iso dosent copy all the way.

Your dvd is probably a bad pressing since it's working on other dvd's. You can try the free trial version of AnyDVD.

Harold and Kumar is nothing special. DVD Decrypter will rip it beautifully. Once you're done with the ripping part, compress/encode with any of your desire programs such as DVD Shrink or Nero Recode 2 (I prefer Nero Recode 2), then back it up with either DVD Decrypter or Nero Burning Rom, and presto... you're done. Easy as puffing and sipping on some Tequila.

hi

did you set the region code in dvd decrypter for the disc? also set aggressive ripping, and try the diferent rip methods re brute force etc.

try useing dvd43 in the background to aid ripping, or even try dvd shrink on rip

even give the disc a clean with furniture polish!

Nothing here to see, move along folks.
