ATi TV Wonder USB 2.0 Records S-Video and Composite Poorly

I invested in a TV Wonder USB 2.0 and I can't get a smooth video stream from S-Video or Composite source. (This problem is not seen from analog source.) After following all recommendations from the manual, I can't remedy this problem.
I use an nVidia GeForce FX 5500 and a 3.0E Pentium 4 with Hyper-Threading Technology. How can I solve this issue?
