hi i have been using swap magic 3.6 on my slimline ps2. i had all the tools fitted fine and it was all working properly. then i took out tools b and c to show my cousin how it works cuz he wanted 1, and wen i went to put em back in, tool b went in fine but tool c feels loose and whenever i open the lid of the ps2 it pops up and i have to put it back in... i had a look at tool c and it is chipped from the side.. so is there a problem in the tool or is there a problem with my ps2... PLEASE HELP!!!

i would recommend you to open your PS2 and use duct tape to hold down the inside sensor

This is how I solved that problem. I actually got the tool kit version with tool "D" included. I opened the slimline...without destroying the warranty strip. Inserted tool D over the sensor near the lens. Put the system back together and didn't use any of the other tools. Instead of tool "A" I used a balled up piece of tissue paper and instead of tool "B" (which to this day I can't figure out how to use) I use...my finger...yes that's right...my finger. When "A" and "D" are in place insert the disc like normal, hold the disc brake out of the way with your finger, but be careful not to stop the disc from spinning. When it boots, switch with your backed up PS2 game, hold the disc break again and press X on the controller. You can let go of the disc break and if you used a small enough piece of tissue paper you can close the lid of the slimline. In the end you really only need the swap disc because like HenriPaul said you can use duct tape or something else to hold the inside sensor down. Hope this helps.

OR...you could just stick some tape on the tool and tape it to the ps2. That should work. Glad I thought of that. Does it work otherwise...when it stays in that is?
