Hi, I just purchased a Pre-Modified Slim PsTwo from modchipman.com, although I wish I would've done more research because I found out the laser's burn out in about three months, well thats what I've heard. But, I just want to know if anybody else here bought a pre-modified Slim psTwo thats working perfectly after for over 3 months. Thanx. And I'm sorry if this topic has been addressed already.

there are some things you should find out before you buy.

1. what mochip he is putting in
2. and if it is a slim, if he does the laser fix.

slims lasers due wear out quick but if he put in a laser fix, like he should have done. then you are ok.

if he didn't, you laser will go quicker then you would hope.

he should have put in a laser fix though.

They added a Summ0ne Laser fix and installed a Matrix Infinity. So was my $263 worth it?

good chip and fix, you should be fine if they
do a good install job/
i got my premodded slim at Xmodd.com
it has a DMS4 pro and Summone laser fix
have had it for 9 months with no problems

Yeah if you buy from an installer theres almost no way they will ship a v12 PS2 without some kind of laser fix in place.
