Sounds weird... do you use the newest CloneDVD 3.6.1?
It offers an option to backup the movie only or the entire disc.
Usually works, wether you press the one or the other!

When you go to burn pick only the 5.1 or 6 channel audio track and uncheck the 2 channel, you have the directors comments running through your backup. If your standalone player remote has an audio button, use it to try and switch the audio in your movie, it should pick up the 5.1.

Which "Clone" program are you using? The one from Slysoft or the Chinese version?

The CloneDVD 3.6 is the Chinese one there has not been an upgrade after 2 yet it has gott some very bad reviews here and is not at all recommened

@19612604
I agree with Arnie. Chose the 5.1 Channel that is always the main audio file for the whole movie...
