I have the TMPGNec DVD Author 6.1 version and i have followed all the guides and everything to transfer mpegs files to burn onto DVD.... My problem is my DVD players are not reading the CD's but somehow i can watch them on my computer.. My process has been to run the file through the DVD Author and once thats finished i take the Video_TS and run it through DVD Shrink and then I burn with DVD Decrypter.. I am very new with this stuff so if sumone could please help me out that would be great as I am tryin to put some home videos onto a DVD and be able to watch it on my DVD player with my family not on my computer.

Hey guys sorry to bug again but is there anyone at all that could help me out with this situation..? it would be greatly appreciated as ive been tryin to figure the problem out for the last week

Check that your player can play burns.

Check that it can play the type of disk you're using, +R or -R.

Check that it's actually been authored properly (it plays in a good software player on your computer).

You don't need to shrink then decryt/burn.
Most good burning programs will simply burn the VIDEO_TS folder, using a DVD Video template (Nero for example).
