Hi I have a lot of questions. I just got an xbox now Im thinking about modding it. The first question I have is.

1.) What is the best type of modchip that u guys would prefer and why.

2.) Is the emulator xsnes9x running at full speed? and does it play games like super mario rpg, yoshis island and super mario kart at full speed?

3.) Does the xbox have a Gameboy advance emulator? If so how fast does it run.

4.)Are those solderless modchips easy to install?

5.)After I mod my xbox would I need anything else to play xsnes9x and other emulators.

6.) Do I have to mod my xbox first before putting in a bigger hard drive?

7.) Do i need to put a samsung hard drive in the xbox in order to play emulators?

8.) How do u put games on your hard drive?

Sorry for so many questions any help is greatly appreciated.

1. Most people go with the Xecuter 3 CE. The reason why, is it is by far the most supported mod chip :-)

2. Already Answered

3. Already Answered

4. Solderless Mod chips are easy to install..... But the do have a tendency to come loose, which means that you have to constantly rip the xbox open and fix it back up. Installing The Xecuter 3 only takes an hour at the max. I'll put it this way, my wife can install a mod chip. It is that easy. lol

5. I would recommend getting a copy of "Slayers Evo X Auto Installer"

6. Already Answered

7. No

8. There really isn't that much point to putting games on the hard drive. No matter what size hard drive you get you WILL eventually fill it up and have to burn your games to CD anyway.
