Ok, i know this is a common bug but ive tried every solution that has been available and nothing has worked.. can someone tell me how i can speed it up a little? Everything is too slow..

There's not really much to do since some games just won't run at full speed. If you have sprite rendering option set as Line try to change it to Cell, it might help a little but also increase possibility of problems with some games.
