Someone please help me with DVD Decrypter

I have read the guide and gone through all of the steps. Now when i am ready to finally burn my DVD in the left corner it says Device Not Ready(Medium Not Present-Tray Closed) What do i need to do? I have a blank DVD-R in the drive they tell me (E:) Please respond, thanks.

If you have a blank in the drawer, and the burner doesn't see it, then the burner may not like the brand of blanks you're using. Try another brand.
Has the burner worked before? If so, was it the same media?

What is the make and model of your burner, and what is the current firmware. You can find this out by going into the Tools tab of Decrypter, then drive and capabilities.

Thank you guys very much...unfortunately i am at my mom's house so i cant check what the dvd burner is. my computer is by emachines if that helps at all. On wednesday i will check. i know that my dvd's are by tdk. Thanks again...ill be back on wednesday.
