Suspended due to non-functional email address

I accidentally interrupted a shrinking session and since then
"dvd shrink encountered an error and cannot continue
failed to read ----
the file or directory is corrupted or unreadable"
I have tried to uninstall and re-install but the error persists
please help

try browsing for any files it might of left behind.. right click the desktop icon and find the target folder for the DVD Shrink program, (unsure myself of which directory it's in since i'm not @ home and usin a work comp)... u can try deleting these and reinstalling the program, if that doesnt work it might be a registry problem. word up though if ya havin probs' with other stuff too it might be time to reformat .. prlly what i'd do neway. good luck

All that error message is telling you is the file you are trying to read is corrupted. Have you ripped the files to HD first using either DVDDecrypter or DVDFab Decrypter or have you even tried the 21 day trial version of AnyDVD using Shrink. I think maybe you are trying to rip files Shrink can not rip due to it not being updated in over 1 1/2 years
