a lot of the pal games i get are always blinking and are black and white could anyone please tell me how to fix the PAL version of Spy Vs Spy

Your in the wrong region m8!

If you are in NTSC, you can download the NTSC 2 PAL patcher from my website!

but the game is PAL shouldnt i use PAL to NTSC?i tried it but it STILL didnt work just a big black screen this time,and please if any one nows how to fix the prob with Spy Vs Spy please answer!

Use this and just select the .iso using where it says browse and hit patch file everything is already. Worked perfect for me!

if you use swap magic 3.0 or above you could
try setting the screen mode to PAL
