ERROR : FAILED TO OPEN

DVD Shrink was working fine earlier. Yet I started getting a error every time I clicked on OPEN FILE. It says:

DVD Shrink encountered error & cannot continue.
Failed to open file "D:\VIDEO_TS\VTS_04_2.VOB"
This system cannot find file specified.

So I uninstalled and redownloaded, yet this error still comes up. HELP!!

You either have a disk that Shrink cannot handle because of encryption in which case try ripping with Decrypter first and then open the file with Shrink. Or you may be getting this error because of an Windows conflict. See this thread for further info on this error.

When you initially ripped the DVD, what program did you use to rip it before trying to open the files with DVD Shrink?
