All I want to know is why I cannot create an iso image for MLB 2006 (It doesn't go past 13% in NERO or DVD Decrypter)...and I heard some other games have this problem. Someone said that it's a different process for online-enabled games to be able to copy them. Can someone please help because I just rented it due to my original being damaged and I want to create the backup so I'm not out $40...THANKS!

I had the same problem but with a diffent game you could try using iml2iso or r-dvdiml2iso thay are all most the same thing so what works for you . you can probley find them here but if not try serching the internet .

These programs convert IML files (what are those?) to ISO files, I don't have an "IML" file, I just have the game.

ok my bad I miss read if the condishion of the game is bad it could be that your dvd drive is haveing troble reading the disc i had a game and it had a bad space on it I took a ereaser and eareas it (will it just made it were I could get my dvd drive to read it) if you are comfrable with this idea that might work for you it work of me so that takes care of your damaged game fare as the online thang and your game not geting pass 13% mind be your drive but most of the time you should be able to get your iso file on your hard drive so all that i can think of is that your drive laser is not clean but if not could be the disc also make shoure that dvd decpyter is set at mode read iso i will cheak out the online thang and see what i can find.

if you want the game to have the online options
then you will have to patch it before you burn
it to a DVD. Do a search as there are many posts here
about how to do this.
