Im unable 2 install the mobile phone tools program onto my computer, i can get as far as selecting a language,agreeing to the terms and conditions and then choosing to install the program,but immediatley after that the installation comes up with the following error;

An error (-5004 : 0x80070005) has occured while running the setup
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications. If the error still occurs,please contact your vendor.

Could this be to do with the fact that i plugged my USB cable attached to my phone into my Pc before installing the disc?Can anyone help me with this,its really urgent.
