General question about media streaming from a home server. I have my dvd collection backed up on a server and stream out the content to all the pc's and home entertainment system.

I have also downloaded some PPV movies and streamed them out to my home network, until my viewing period ends. I just pointed the server to look in that directory and stream the content. Now, I am being sued from one of these so called companies for streaming content within my home network. They state it is against their TOA to copy or move files. However, streaming content is not moving or copying any file to another hard disk drive.

My question; Is Streamed content saved on any machine which plays that paticular stream to it's local (besides the server) hard disk drive?
