will my ps2s warrranty be void if i use a slim kit pro v3.6 for my ps2?cause if it is,mod-chip.com lied to me!

Technically speaking, it would, but since sony has no way of knowing you used a mod if you don't break the warranty sticker on the back, it doesn't really void the warranty.

Not that I condone any such action of course, but to remove the warranty sticker, get a fine scalpel or something similar and a hot hairdryer. Heat the label and very slowly lift it off. If you rush then the label backing remains on the unit and the word void appears all over the label. This is required as the label is placed over one of the case screws which will need to be removed to get inside.

It will definately need to play my PS2 backups, and hopefully any future PS3 games depending on what protection they eventually get.
