im having issues with my internet so i cant ftp to my xbox to back up my new hulk game so i was woundering if i got a back up off the net does it work the same way as it would if you ftped it over?

You don't need internet access to backup a game or FTP between your PC and Xbox.

If you FTP'd it from your Xbox to your PC or PC to Xbox (Which one?)

i have the iso on my pc i want it back on my xbox its hard to explain how this happend but it did...but my problem is i got quix last night and i was told that was the program to use and well i set it up and went to be thinking it would be done this mouring but it wasnt it was going on 9 hours and the progress bar wasnt moving so could you tell me what i did wrong or what i can do ty

I don't think it's that big of a deal I just wated to warn you so you didn't do it again. Cause if that was the case, they might think you're trouble maker in the making. I'm sure you understand.

As for your problem, you said you're using Qwix but what's your Dshboard?
If you're using EvolutionX...YOU SHOULD SWITCH to Craxtion.
If you using Avalaunch make sure you use Qwix. That could be some of your issue.
