Zelda - Collector's Edition (PAL vs NTSC)

I know some PAL games work on NTSC tvs/systems (ones that don't support PAL), but I want to know if the PAL version of Zelda Collector's Edition will work on one. (I'm hoping someone has tried.)

It's the only version I can really get my hands on and want some way to play Majora's Mask on my cube (I do have it for the n64, but unfortunately can't locate my expansion memory).
