Hope this isn't a repeat. Decryper works. Shrink works till about 1/2 way through the writing phase. Below is the error file. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If your firmware is up to date, then your burner does not recognize these discs. I am also not fimiliar with that media code.

What is the brand name of the 16x dash blanks?

ogrish,
The player does not like the blank media you are using as you can put another one in it works but the last one you did worked in everything but the player. Try better blank media like Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden, or Ritek

DVD-R or DVD+R if it's +R your player may not like the +R format

He/She is using "DVD-R" media. DVD-R media does not show a "Media Specific" code in Nero. DVD+R does, but DVD-R doesn't.

- self explanatory. however most people recommend 4x for video burning anyway, maybe 8x if you get reliable results, but most definitely not 16x

If -R media does not show a code in Nero then why does mine, using Verbatim -R Digital Movie ID MCC OO2
