Adding 3 titles to 1 dvd

I'm backing up 3 dvds that run a hour a piece. I would like to take these 3 dvd and add to 1 dvd. I am using DVD Shrink to compress. Is there other software I should be using and if so what ? And is there a guide to walk me through step by step.
