I was wondering if somebody could direct me to the appropriate link or guide on if you have a DVD that you want to backup, but are larger than 4.36GB?

There was not a link in the dvd decrypter guide, it just brought me back to the regular guides of course they have (dvds smaller than 4.36gb) but not anything on (dvds larger than 4.36 gb)

Thank you very much, my apologies to the moderators if this question has already been asked.

Depending on what proggys you want to use I would suggest either the first or second guide at my website should help you out. All the software you need for those two guides are also at my site the link is in my signature. You might also want to glance at the second link in my sig..

Good Luck :-)

If the DVD is over 4.35gb, that is what we call a "DVD-9" disc (or Dual Layer).

Go here and look at all the guides that say DVD-9 to DVD-R, etc.: http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/

I also have written a guide for this, it is located here: http://forum.digital-digest.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=45238

Edit: Your quick mayo! :)
